Employment Litigation

The Firm has substantial experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in anti-discrimination and other employment related claims brought under Title VII of Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Texas Commission on Human Rights, including claims of discrimination based upon gender, color, national origin, religion and disability, as well as “hostile work environment,” retaliation and Whistle Blower claims. The Firm also has substantial experience in assisting and advising employers in the “pre-litigation” phase, via counseling and in the drafting of employment manuals and agreements, as well as covenants not to compete and other employment related agreements.
