Commercial Litigation

The Firm has substantial experience representing individuals and companies, as plaintiffs and defendants, in a wide variety of commercial litigation, including in the following areas: breach of contract, collections, covenants not to compete, tortious interference, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and shareholder dissolutions/disputes, securities disputes, Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Consumer Protection Act and other consumer law, unfair competition and intellectual property.  The Firm has represented plaintiffs under contingency fee and hourly arrangements and, when appropriate, will explore hybrid/blended agreements and other non-traditional fee arrangement in order to meet client objectives and goals.
